Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Maple Grove, MN to safeguard clients across multiple sites. You will perform routine patrols, deter incidents with a visible presence, respond to alarms, and deliver excellent customer service while adhering to policies.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, technical comfort with computers, and the ability to work a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule. Background checks and a drug screen apply.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Computer/tablet use preferred.
• Background check required by law.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, technology spaces, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor entry/exit activity, report unusual conditions, and deter unauthorized access with a visible presence.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately and communicate with site leadership.
