Job summary

Allied Universal, a leader in security and facility services, is seeking a Security Officer Flex Driver Regional Patrol in Houston, TX. The role offers 30–40 hours weekly with shift flexibility, a self-scheduling program, and diverse site exposure to healthcare, education, finance, and retail sectors.

Pay rate is $16.02 per hour, with opportunities for advancement through paid training and clear paths to full-time roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• TWIC credential required ( TSA ) prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
