Qualifications

• Must have Valid State BSIS California Guard Card.
• At least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Monitoring and surveillance experience.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Must be comfortable with outdoor environment in diverse weather conditions.
• Previous security experience is a PLUS!
• Must successfully pass Pre-Employment Background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Observe surroundings and detect suspicious activity; ensure badges visible.
• Monitor access points and badge checks; prevent tailgating.
• Respond to emergencies; assist evacuations and call for help.
• Act as a visible deterrent and conduct patrols across facilities.
• Maintain detailed incident records and reports.
• Provide customer service and directions to employees, visitors and contractors.
