Qualifications

• Previous experience in security or customer service fields preferred.
• Active CA State training and Guard Card licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Observe surroundings with vigilance to spot suspicious activity or disturbances.
• Monitor access points; verify badges and authorize entry while preventing tailgating.
• Deterrence of crime through visible presence and patrols of facilities and parking areas.
• Respond to emergencies, assist evacuations and provide first aid when needed.
• Maintain detailed incident logs and accurate notes for investigations.
• Provide courteous customer service, directions, and information to employees, visitors and contractors.
