FirstService Residential in New York is seeking a Security professional to greet residents, guests, and service providers, monitor access, and maintain daily logs while ensuring safety across the property.
The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to respond to emergencies; a high school diploma is required with 2–3 years of similar experience preferred. The position is full-time with benefits and a daytime/overnight schedule.
Description
Security ensures the highest possible level of service is being offered to residents, guests, and service providers. Security is responsible for meeting, greeting, and registering guests and residents, as well as maintaining the safety of the property. Security accuratelymaintains daily logs, records, and forms. They must be able to understand and react to emergency situations and operate electronic security control systems. Security reports to the Security Supervisor.
Monday to Friday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
$22.00 per hour
High school diploma or equivalency required. College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
Must possess strong customer service background. Two (2) to three (3) years of business experience in similar position preferred.
Command of information system hardware/software is required. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Multiple language fluency is desirable. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
As a full-time non-exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and Vision.
