Alignerr is seeking a Security Operations Analyst (AI Training) to join a remote, hourly contract team shaping security-focused AI systems. You will apply real-world SOC experience to how models reason through threats, triage alerts, and respond to incidents in an asynchronous work setting.

You will analyze SOC incidents, classify alerts, review detection logic, and provide structured feedback to improve AI outputs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on SOC/IR/security ops experience.
• Experience with SIEMs, alert triage, and investigation methodologies.
• Ability to document findings in structured formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SOC incident and alert scenarios to explain what happened and why.
• Classify alert severity, identify root causes, and propose responses.
• Review detection logic and investigation workflows for accuracy.
