Job summary

Securitech Security Services in Los Angeles seeks a Security Patrol Supervisor to lead day-to-day patrol operations, report to the Director of Operations, and ensure high standards of safety and customer service. This role combines field supervision with office planning.

The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and solid computer skills. Expect 8-hour day shifts on weekdays with overtime and occasional on-call duties; some weekend

Qualifications

• Valid California driver\'s license with clean DMV record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

• High school diploma required.

SECURITY PATROL SUPERVISOR / OPERATIONS

PRIMARY SHIFT

DAY-SHIFT (Monday thru Friday) Typical 8 hours shifts with some overtime. Must be available for occasional overtime and weekends as needed. Candidate must be available for on-call responsibility as needed.

EXCELLENT PAY RATES

$40.00 - $45.00 per/HR - DOE (Unarmed / Partially Armed / Armed)

DUTIES

Working as a UNIFORMED SECURITY SUPERVISOR / OPERATIONS ASSISTANT, you will assist with managing the day to day patrol operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong supervisory background in the Security industry, with excellent written and verbal skills. Strong computer / tech skills are also a must. Must have experience in training and employee oversight / supervision.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

This position works 50% in the field & approximately 50% in the Securitech office with operations related duties such as operations support / field operations. Candidate will work closely with our Director of Operations.

EDUCATION, BACKGROUND AND SKILLS

• Must posses a valid California driver's license with an excellent DMV record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft products Word, Excel and Outlook, scanning documents and other administrative duties.
• Must have a valid CA guard card
• High school diploma required.
• Graduate degree (College / University) highly desirable
