Job summary

Security America, Inc. in West Virginia invites you to join our operations team in Wheeling. As a Security Operations Specialist, you will conduct QA visits, assist with training, and support the Operations Manager across the Greater Wheeling and Pittsburgh areas.

Some travel and weekend shifts may be required. We offer a full-time role with guaranteed minimum hours, a $17.50/hour base pay, a $300 hiring bonus after 120 days, and benefits including Health and Vision Insurance plus IRA options

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver''s license.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance visits with security officers in the field.
• Conduct interviews and assist with training security officers.
• Assist the Operations team throughout the Greater Wheeling and Pittsburgh areas.
• Travel to other service areas as needed.
• Fill in at security posts as needed.
• Assist with other general operations responsibilities.
