Job summary

Security America, Inc. in West Virginia is hiring a Security Operations Specialist to assist the Operations team in the Greater Wheeling and Pittsburgh areas. The role offers a guaranteed minimum of 32 hours per week, a starting pay of $17.50 per hour, and a $300 hiring bonus after 120 days.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance visits with security officers in the field.
• Conduct interviews and assist with training security officers.
• Assist the Operations team throughout the Greater Wheeling and Pittsburgh areas.
• Travel to other service areas as needed.
• Fill in at security posts as needed.
• Assist with other general operations responsibilities.

• $300 hiring bonus after completing 120 days of employment.
