Qualifications

• Must pass a comprehensive background check under cannabis regulations.
• Strong computer skills are required.
• Current valid driver’s license required.
• Flexible to meet scheduling needs and respond to onsite incidents.

Responsibilities

• Patrol premises and secure access points, ensuring doors and gates are locked.
• Monitor surveillance systems, detect tampering, and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Conduct routine security checks and evaluate equipment to enhance security.
• Control entry/exit of people per company policies and procedures.
• Investigate incidents and report promptly to Security Manager or local police.
• Coordinate investigations with leadership and HR as needed.
• Document detailed incident reports with accuracy and compliance.
• Safely transport deliveries to permitted dispensaries and patients with proper receipt.
• Operate vehicles following state and local guidelines for safety.
• Maintain a courteous, professional environment for staff, customers, and visitors.

Skills

5+ years in Law Enforcement/Public-Sa

Driver's license

Education

2 year degree or equivalent

3+ years experience in a similar role
