Event Risk Inc. is seeking a Security Specialist to safeguard the Nashville hub, manage badge access, monitor CCTV, and coordinate with residents and clients to maintain a secure environment.

The role combines security duties with customer service, requiring vigilance, attention to detail, and strong communication to ensure safety and a welcoming atmosphere for occupants and visitors.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using Security Expert software for monitoring and access control.
• Experience with CCTV systems and visitor management software (Solo insight).

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular tours to ensure badge access areas are secure and functioning properly.
• Monitor 50 CCTV cameras to monitor Schneider areas and ensure security through daily tours.
• Manage the visitor management system (Solo insight) and screen each visitor.
• Grant and remove badge access as residents are admitted or terminated.
• Oversee deliveries to ensure secure handling and routing.
• Provide directions and assist residents and visitors within the facility.
