Job summary

The Texas Rangers are seeking an Assistant Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, supervise security personnel, and respond to incidents while maintaining safety and a customer-focused environment. This leadership role supports game days, events, and 24/7 operations.

The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, as well as credentials including first aid/CPR/AED, a clean background, and the ability to carry a weapon.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background check, drug test and physical.
• Must be certified in first aid, CPR and AED training.
• Must carry a weapon as part of the role.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must pass state required training/testing and be registered with the Texas Private Security Bureau.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers and assign duties during game days and events.
• Monitor security operations and respond to incidents following policy.
• Schedule full-time security officers under supervision.
• Mentor, coach and counsel all subordinate employees.
• Enter incidents into the 24/7 software system and dispatch guards as needed.
• Maintain professional image and customer-friendly security atmosphere.
