Pelico is seeking a SecOps Lead to own security monitoring, incident response, and CNAPP operations across cloud assets, workloads, and code repositories. You’ll partner with Engineering, IT, and external partners to build scalable security operations with minimal product friction.

You will drive remediation, implement automated detection and response, and contribute to regulated readiness, ISO/SOC2 compliance, and secure deployment practices for our expanding manufacturing platform.

Formación

• Hands-on security operations experience with production systems.
• Experience deploying and operating SIEM solutions and tuning detections.
• Proven ability to lead incident response and runbooks.
• Experience with CNAPP or equivalent cloud security tooling.
• Ability to automate security workflows with scripting and APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Own security monitoring, detection, and incident response.
• Lead investigations and incident response readiness.
• Own CNAPP operations across cloud assets and code repos.
• Drive remediation ownership and SLAs with engineering.
• Strengthen cloud security and secure delivery in CI/CD/IaC workflows.
• Support regulated deployments and audit-ready runbooks.
