Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking a Security Operations Supervisor in the Miami‑Dade area. You will oversee field security operations, supervise staff, and coordinate training and performance management under the Director of Operations.

You are a hands‑on leader with strong technical aptitude for CCTV, radios, and tablets, and you will handle incident reporting, site compliance, and client relations while maintaining schedules and post orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of security supervision or leadership experience.
• Florida Class D Security License required.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations on site and supervise personnel.
• Coordinate logistics, inspect equipment, and troubleshoot CCTV, radios, and tablets to ensure uptime.
