Job summary

Renewal, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Security Operations in Pittsburgh, PA to lead the Security Department across the organization’s facilities. The role focuses on strategic planning, risk assessment, and programmatic oversight to safeguard residents, staff, and assets.

You will supervise the Director of Security, ensure ACA standards are met, coordinate with law enforcement, and drive training, incident response, and policy development for four locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Non-Profit Management, or Organizational Leadership.
• Ten years of progressively responsible criminal justice or safety and security operations experience.
• Minimum five years of management experience.
• Ability to manage a 24/7 on-call status.
• Strong mentoring, training, and staff development skills.
