Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years related experience required.
• One-year supervisory experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Renewal, Inc. Security Staff and ensure safety of the building and operations of all security stations.
• Oversee staffing, payroll, scheduling, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate movement of residents 24/7 and enforce rules and regulations for accountability.
• Coordinate large-scale and daily searches and provide a safe environment for staff, residents, and visitors.
• Act as the Security department point person during extraordinary occurrences and crises.
