Job summary

Fisher Dynamics is seeking a Security Operations Engineer to join our IT department in Saint Clair Shores, MI. You will implement security controls, configure firewalls, and harden our ERP platform across on-prem and cloud environments, while driving compliance readiness.

Your role requires hands-on experience with ISO 27001 and TISAX, plus strong skills in IAM, PAM, and GRC tooling to support security operations and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent professional experience (5+ years).
• 5-8 years hands-on cybersecurity implementation experience including ISO 27001/TISAX.
• Experience integrating and operating IAM, PAM, MFA and RBAC/ABAC controls.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, network hardening, and cloud security across AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Implement ISO 27001 and TISAX controls across ERP platforms.
• Configure and manage firewalls and network hardening procedures.
• Apply cloud security controls and IAM configurations in cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain PAM, RBAC/ABAC models and access reviews.
• Coordinate vulnerability management and patching as part of security ops.
• Prepare for audits with evidence collection and documentation.
