Fisher Dynamics invites a Security Operations Engineer to join the corporate IT team in Saint Clair Shores, MI. You will implement security controls, maintain compliance evidence, and harden ERP platform infrastructure to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include configuring firewalls, IAM, cloud security, logging, and incident response, with a focus on reliability and audit readiness within an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, cybersecurity, or related field; equivalent experience may apply.
• 5+ years hands-on cybersecurity implementation experience.
• ISO 27001 implementation experience required; TISAX preferred.
• Firewall & network hardening with major platforms.
• Cloud security implementation across AWS/GCP/Azure.

Responsibilities

• Implement ISO 27001 and TISAX controls across ERP platform.
• Deploy and configure GRC tooling for controls, audits, evidence.
• Harden firewall and network infrastructure; enforce zero-trust principles.
• Configure cloud security controls across AWS/GCP/Azure IAM and logging.
• Establish IAM (RBAC/ABAC), MFA, and PAM configurations.
• Maintain logging, SIEM, alerts, and incident response processes.
• Coordinate vulnerability management and remediation tracking.
• Prepare compliance documentation and risk assessments.
