Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; higher education preferred in criminal justice, security management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in security services or related field.
• Supervisory/coordination experience preferred.
• Proficiency with scheduling and timekeeping software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new security personnel.
• Maintain personnel files and ensure certification requirements are met.
• Develop and manage security guard schedules to meet contractual needs.
• Review daily time sheets and submit payroll reports.
• Conduct audits and performance evaluations for guards.
• Support recruiting by attending events and networking.
• Order uniforms and supplies for the program.
• Adhere to policies and safety regulations; perform other duties as assigned.
• Serve as primary contact for existing security clients and ensure contract compliance.
• Prepare reports and respond to incidents and client inquiries.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in public and private sectors.
