Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Operations Center Officer for a large Data Center and Construction site in Hubbard, Texas. The role requires strong situational awareness, tech-savviness, and excellent communication skills to protect clients and assets.

Shifts available across mornings, mids, and overnights with a pay rate of $28.00 per hour. Must meet minimum requirements including background check and potential licensing as applicable.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to background check in line with laws.
• Subject to drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply; driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following safety and security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter.
• Monitor CCTV systems and alarms; operate facility computer systems as assigned.
• Address security issues and coordinate with Emergency Services when needed.

Job Description

As a Security Operations Center Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients a large Data Center and Construction site in Hubbard, Texas.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant security experience, with strong situational awareness and exceptional attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable operating computers, security systems, surveillance technology, and other monitoring platforms.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills, with the ability to accurately observe, assess, document, and respond to security incidents.

All shifts available - Mornings, Midshift, Overnights

Pay rate: $28.00 / hr

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Monitor closed circuit television systems and alarms.
• Monitor and operate facility computers systems regularly, as assigned.
• Handle security issues or emergency situations appropriately. Contact Emergency Services, such as EMT, Fire Dept., etc.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
