Overview: Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) has provided tailored security solutions throughout the Gulf Coast for over 45 years. We provide armed and unarmed security officers to protect commercial businesses and assets. We also perform federal contract security and emergency response work. Our electronics division installs and maintains burglar alarms, fire alarms, and CCTV systems. We also monitor commercial and residential alarm systems. Dispatch Manager
Come join a growing and exciting team! IPSC is a family owned and operated company and we have been around since 1977. In the last few years IPSC has seen significant growth, and has spread into new markets across the country. If you are looking for a place to call home and somewhere you can grow with, IPSC is the place to be! IPSC is looking to find a leader who can bring a great team to the next level! This role serves as the oversight for our 24/7 Communications Hub. This center answers all calls, responds to operational needs, monitors cameras and systems to address issues, assists with quality assurance, and so much more! This department has grown and taken on new responsibilities, and now we are looking for a leader who can help bring us into the future. This next leader will need to: be able to create and implement training programs for the department, have the capacity to quickly learn and understand the day-to-day operations of our company, implement new initiatives and technologies, and ensure the entire department is exceeding expectations!
This position will be based out of the Corporate Office in Hammond. You must be able to be on call and willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as you will be responsible for the operation of a department 24/7. Commitment and understanding the 24/7 nature of our work is a requirement for this position.
This role is an integral part of the operation of our company and requires dedication and attention to detail.
This position is paid a weekly salary, requires high administrative and decision-making skills, and will supervise 15-20+ employees.
