Qualifications

• Experience creating/maintaining technical documentation like playbooks and SOPs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Ability to communicate technical findings and collaborate with teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement and maturation of SOC processes, capabilities, and visibility.
• Develop and maintain security operations processes, playbooks, and workflows.
• Author and maintain automation scripts and workflows in SOAR platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues involving SOAR code, integrations, and supporting infra.
• Define and track metrics and KPIs to measure automation and tool tuning impact.
• Identify gaps in detection and propose improvements to tools and rules.
• Assist baselining of enterprise activity to distinguish normal vs. abnormal behavior.
• Review and update event-monitoring policies, alerts, and signatures across tech stacks.
• Draft, test, and maintain security content and monitoring signatures.
