Job summary

The role focuses on evaluating, responding to, and mitigating alerts from SIEM and other security products, with emphasis on tuning to reduce false positives and extracting IOCs for proper remediation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SIEM/EDR, incident response, and security controls.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating, responding to and mitigating SIEM/EDR alerts.
• Tuning SIEM events to reduce false positives.
• Experience extracting IOCs and implementing mitigation actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for the security organization and enforce controls.
• Conduct security assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate activities related to data loss prevention and risk reduction.
