Job summary

Esri is seeking an Enterprise Security Analyst II to monitor alerts, investigate events, support incident response, and apply threat intelligence to strengthen security operations. The role is primarily business hours with after-hours on-call rotation after onboarding.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with SIEM/EDR, threat intelligence, and threat hunting across endpoints, identity, network, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience in monitoring, triage, and investigations.
• Experience analyzing endpoint, identity, network, cloud, email, and log data for threats.
• Working knowledge of SIEM/EDR and security telemetry analysis.

Responsibilities

• Security Operations and Incident Response: monitor SOC queues across endpoints, identity, network, email, cloud, and logs.
• Independently triage and investigate alerts, distinguishing threats from benign activity.
• Support the full incident lifecycle: investigation, containment, remediation, and closure.
• Escalate incidents with evidence, impact, and next steps.
• Apply playbooks and seek improvements in alerts, response, and automation.
