Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking an Information Security Operations Analyst based in Somerset, NJ. The role supports operating, tuning, and monitoring the security technology stack to detect, triage, contain, and report on security events.

The Analyst will handle vulnerability, email, endpoint, network, and identity security controls; run phishing simulations; and produce operational security metrics in line with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in cybersecurity and security operations.
• Hands-on SOC experience including alert triage, investigation, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SIEM and alerting platforms; triage, investigate, and escalate alerts.
• Tune detection rules and maintain security tooling with vendors and infrastructure.
• Run vulnerability scans and track remediation with asset owners.
• Administer secure email gateway; tune DLP and threat rules.
• Investigate risky sign-ins and manage containment actions.
• Support EDR/XDR, MDM/UEM, and secure web gateway operations.

Education

Baccalaureate Degree or Post-graduate from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study
