Securitas USA is hiring a Security Officer — Full Time in Port Washington, WI. The role focuses on protecting people, property, and assets by patrolling, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe environment.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and solid computer skills. Industry experience is a plus; pre-employment screening is required.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Above average computer / technology skills.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.

• Respond to emergencies with rapid/appropriate judgement.

Security Officer — Full Time

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.

What Your Day May Look Like

• Maintain a secure environment that protects employees, customers, and visitors from harm.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
