Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hosting an in-person hiring event for Security Officers at our SeaTac location. Bring a resume and dress in business casual attire. The event runs from 10:00am to 2:00pm on Wednesday, August 19th.

Wage ranges from $21.75 to $26.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Training is provided, and employees receive weekly pay and potential for career growth in a dynamic security environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain composure during urgent or high-pressure situations with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Secure entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
• Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information to others.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Time: Wednesday, August 19th, from 10:00am-2:00pm

Wage: $21.75-$26.00/Hour

What Your Day May Look Like

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus!
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
