Job summary

Security Solution of America in Central Florida is seeking security officers to monitor entrances, patrol premises, respond to alarms, and write daily activity reports. This role supports a safe, orderly environment across a busy site.

Candidates must be 18+, a U.S. citizen, and present a neat appearance. A Florida Class D license, background check, drug screening, reliable transportation, and a smartphone are required. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
• Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
• Answer alarms and investigate disturbances
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
• Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons
• Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect property
