Sunstates Security is Hiring for Unarmed Security Officers in the Spartanburg, SC Area for Full-time and Part-Time positions, 2nd shifts are available, starting at $19/hr with weekly pay!

Requirements

• Has a neat, professional appearance and comes to work in complete and clean assigned uniform.
• Must not smoke on any assigned post.
• Has a friendly and professional demeanor and provides quality customer service.
• Is a good communicator (both verbal and written) and is capable of handling typical and crisis situations both efficiently and effectively.
• Understands and successfully executes his/her post orders including enforcement of client and company policies, rules and regulations.
• Must report all concerns to management noted on sites assigned.

Qualifications:

• Good to excellent verbal and written skills.
• Able to provide and deliver quality customer service.
• Ability to make good decisions (judgement and common sense).
• Financial / mathematical aptitude.
• Reliable transportation to get to work site.
• Well-motivated, able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Must maintain reliable means of communication to be contacted by management.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

Note: If you are selected for hire and you do NOT possess an active SLED South Carolina Law Enforcement Division Security Officer license: you are REQUIRED to attend a 2-day (8 hour) SLED training course prior to being assigned to your respective post & shift.
