Job summary

Titan Security Group is hiring Security Officers to work various shifts in the Wixom, Michigan area. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, controlling access, monitoring cameras, and patrolling to maintain a safe environment.

Requirements include being 18+, having a HS diploma or GED, passing drug and background checks, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 50+ lbs and walking stairs. Benefits include PTO, holidays, and medical plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Driver's license not required, but license and satisfactory DMV history allows broader assignment to a vehicular mobile patrol
