Job summary

Securitas USA in Eden, NC is seeking a Security Officer to monitor premises, patrol, and ensure safety for clients and employees. Flexible schedules with weekend availability.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, writing reports, and providing courteous customer service. No prior experience required; training provided. Must have a valid driver’s license, and be able to use tablets/computers while standing outdoors. Weekly pay at $16.00/hr.

• Must be available to work weekends.

• Must be willing to work weekends/holidays.
• Must be able to work extra assignments.

• Monitor premises and patrol per client site to ensure safety and security.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and customers.
• Enforce regulations and directives for client site; respond to incidents and report writing.

• Must be able to stand and operate a tablet in all outdoor climates (no more than 15 to 30 minutes intervals).

• Must be prepared to cover/work at least 4 hours after your shift if your relief cannot work.

• Must be willing to work/help with coverage for client’s extra assignments.

• Must be able to read, write, and fill out an incident report.

• Must have Customer Services Skills – communication, courtesy, flexibility, and initiative. Must be able to work alone.

• Must be able to multitask.

• Must be able to wear steel toe shoes if required by the client.

• Must be able to work weekends, holidays.
