Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Security Officer to help keep client sites safe and secure. The role requires weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, and comfort using a computer, tablet, and smartphones on the job.

You will stand outdoors for periods, complete incident reports, and provide professional customer service while multitasking across assigned locations. Training is provided, with coverage for additional client needs and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be familiar and able to use a computer, tablet, and smartphones.
• Must be able to stand and operate a tablet in all outdoor climates (no more than 15 to 30 minutes intervals).
• Must be prepared to cover/work at least 4 hours after your shift if your relief cannot work.
• Must be willing to work/help with coverage for client’s extra assignments.
• Must be able to read, write, and fill out an incident report.
• Must have Customer Services Skills – communication, courtesy, flexibility, and initiative. Must be able to work alone.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must be able to wear steel toe shoes if required by the client.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays.
• $16.00/hr, Weekly pay

Responsibilities

• Monitors premises and patrols client sites to maintain safety and security.
• Enforces client site regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and areas.
• Provides customer service and information to employees and customers on site.
• Completes incident reports with clear, accurate details and timely submission.
