Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for a weekend patrol assignment in Hebron, KY. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to deter security incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service.

In this unarmed role, you will contribute to daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a caring, innovative team that puts people first.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as permitted by law.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly; document observations and communicate to site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site protocols to support authorized entry and orderly movement.
• Report maintenance issues and potential hazards observed during patrols while maintaining a professional presence.

Job Schedule:

• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a dynamic technology‑focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support authorized entry, badge verification, and orderly movement throughout the location.
• Support day‑to‑day operations by reporting maintenance issues, policy concerns, and/or potential hazards observed during patrols while maintaining a professional presence and strong customer service approach.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
