Job summary

USENTRA Security Services is seeking a part-time overnight security officer for a beautiful historic property in Newport, RI. Duties include monitoring CCTV and alarms, patrolling exterior areas, and performing morning gate duty to allow access for incoming employees.

The shift runs Saturday and Sunday from Midnight to 8am. Requirements include a clean record, valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, professional appearance, and excellent communication and people skills.

Qualifications

• Cultural property security experience preferred.
• Experience with CCTV systems and alarms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cameras and alarms to ensure premises are secure.
• Maintain security of building and surrounding areas.
• Patrol exterior areas to deter incidents.
• Perform morning gate duty and control access for incoming employees.
