Allied Universal is seeking a Part‑Time Security Officer Lobby Access Coordinator in Nazareth, PA to staff the front desk, screen access, and assist visitors in a logistics/distribution setting.

Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting visitors, screening access at the front desk, and following site‑specific security‑related procedures for a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry activity, verify credentials, manage visitor logs, and communicate with site contacts regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or questions at the reception area.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Support front desk operations by answering phones, directing guests, documenting daily activity, and reporting security‑related concerns according to Allied Universal and site policies.
