Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer for Weekend GSOC Operations in Phoenix, AZ. You will monitor alarms, access control, and security systems while delivering excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors.

This role requires a high school diploma, background and drug screening as applicable, and compliance with licensing requirements. Shift schedule runs Sat/Sun nights with some daytime coverage, reflecting dynamic security needs.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check per laws; drug screen as required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor security-related systems, alarms, cameras, radios, and communication channels; receive, document, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate relevant information to site contacts, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership as directed.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and records of communications, visitor activity, and service requests in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business and perimeter as assigned, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.

What You’ll Do:
