Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Patrol (Unarmed) in Bluffton, IN. This full-time role involves patrolling retail locations, monitoring access points, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates while adhering to security procedures and site policies.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, concerns, and critical situations; document observations and report information.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail store, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to identify hazards.
• Monitor access points and ensure a welcoming retail environment in line with site policies.
• Coordinate with store management and emergency responders for openings, closings, and traffic flow.

Security Officer Patrol in Bluffton, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control processes. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $16.80 / Hour

• Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Wed 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Thur 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Fri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and report relevant information according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail store, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and help support a welcoming retail environment in accordance with site policies.
• Assist with traffic flow, store openings and closings, and coordination with store management and emergency responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access Control/Badge Experience preferred.
• Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
