Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Warehouse Protection in Litchfield Park, AZ. You will patrol a logistics site, manage access control, and respond to incidents while delivering strong customer service and upholding our values.

This full-time, daytime role offers $20.39 per hour, a driver’s license requirement, and opportunities for training and growth within a values-driven security team.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required per Allied Universal driver policy.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies, including emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Job Description

As a Security Officer - Warehouse Protectionin Litchfield Park, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control and screening activities. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Deliver exceptional customer service while communicating clearly, responding to security-related concerns, and demonstrating Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-oriented, and integrity-driven values.
