Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is hiring a Concierge Security Officer to provide high‑level customer service in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

The role emphasizes welcoming guests, verifying identities, and guiding visitors while maintaining access control and safety. The position runs 40 hours per week (Wednesday–Sunday, 2pm–10pm) with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Security/Military/Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• BSIS Guard Card and 32-hour BSIS trainings required or obtained during hiring.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and verifying identity.
• Manage access control and guide visitors.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
