The position focuses on building meaningful connections and delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring safety and security across various environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and warehouses.

  • Merged Shift (32 hours per week)
    • Saturday - Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday - Tuesday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
    • Friday - Saturday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Monday - Tuesday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Part‑time schedule
    • Mornings Shift (16 hours per week)
      • Saturday - Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

  • Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
  • Manage access control
  • Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
  • Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
  • Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
  • Answer questions in person or by phone
  • Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
  • Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

  Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

  • Active PPSB license
  • Over 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • At least 1 year of security experience
  • High School Diploma or GED (proof required)
  • Successful completion of an extensive screening process
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Basic phone and computer skills
  • Military, law enforcement, or security experience is a plus
  • State license required
