Job summary

P&G Security Guard, Inc is seeking a full-time Armed Security Officer to protect our Salisbury, NC site. This role requires NC-PPSB registration and a day shift from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with training on firearms and compliance.

About the Job

Unarmed to Armed Security Officer We are currently looking for NC-PPSB registered officers to join our team in Salisbury, NC! This is a full-time position that works 8-hour shifts. We are in a constant state of conservative growth, so opportunities for promotion are abundant.

Applicants with at least one year of verifiable security and/or customer service experience. A background in law enforcement or the military (experience or retired) with experience in de-escalation tactics is a plus. However we are always willing to speak with the right individual.

Work Requirements

• Pass all firearms training including pistol with an acceptable score
• Must have a driver's license and social security card
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening (as well as random drug screening)
• Ability to work all shifts; weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather
• A working cell phone and email for timekeeping and communication
• Detail and goal-oriented
• Of good moral character
• Possess good hygiene and have a neat and clean appearance

Shift Details

• Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM
