Job Description

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Site Patrol in SAN ANTONIO, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a food and beverage production environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Your presence and routine patrols contribute to a secure environment for staff and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication, reflecting our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. This role requires agility and reliability as you support daily operations and help foster a positive environment at the location.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the food and beverage facility and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.
• Help to deter unwanted activity by maintaining a visible presence throughout the assigned area.
• Document and report any unusual activity or incidents according to site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Texas Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
