Job summary

Master Security Company, LLC is seeking a full-time Security Officer (unarmed) to patrol Silver Spring and Kensington, MD. The role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, observe post orders, and report incidents clearly.

Applicants must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., hold a GED or high school diploma, pass a drug screen, have a valid Maryland driver's license and an active MSP Guard Card, and successfully complete a background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Legal work status in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Reliable transportation required (public transport not acceptable).
• Cell phone for contact by Operations Supervisors.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony arrests or convictions.
• Current MSP Guard Card.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods or lift.
• Familiarity with mobile technology (tablets, smartphones, etc.).
• Valid full driver’s license (public transport not acceptable).

REQUIREMENTS:
