Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Work Shift: Evenings/Nights (United States of America)
This position will support St. Charles Hospital and may also support other Mercy Health Hospitals in the Toledo Metro Area.
The Security Officer is responsible for the safety and security of all people and property in and around the hospital. This includes making periodic checks of the property to ensure safety, being vigilant for illegal activities, fires, or other hazards, and responding to emergencies to assist those in need.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Training/Certification: 120 hours of Ohio Peace Officers training or comparable law enforcement education, or two years active duty as military police; valid driver’s license with no serious traffic violations in past 3 years.
