As a Security Officer Unarmed Retail Patrol Diagnostics in Calabasas, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier commercial real estate location. This is a driving position where you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.


• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.


• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, property concerns, and/or access issues.


• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and site information, and report security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.


• Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with property management, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.


• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• Alarm panel experience is preferred.


• Loss prevention experience is preferred.


• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
