Job Description

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Residential in Bay Harbor, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, interacting with residents and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will contribute to a welcoming environment by responding promptly to concerns and working collaboratively with others, reflecting our values of agility, reliability, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $19.83 / Hour

Fri 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM

Sat 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.
• Assist in helping to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment for residents and visitors.
• Document and report any unusual activity or incidents according to site protocols.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
