Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Drivingin Napoleon, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture through teamwork and integrity. A valid driver’s license is required.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
