This role offers a weekend schedule (Sat–Sun) with pay at $18.50 per hour and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team focused on safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements outlined by employer: age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Background history considered in compliance with laws.
• Drug screening may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws; valid driver’s license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing/industrial facilities and surrounding areas to deter incidents and report conditions.
• Monitor location access by verifying credentials and managing visitor/contractor entry per site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly, document observations, and notify appropriate contacts or emergency personnel.
• Complete required reports, daily logs, and incident documentation with professional communication.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine rounds, communicate clearly, and provide outstanding customer service. Job Schedule:

• Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor entry procedures, and reporting unauthorized access attempts in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
• Complete required reports, daily activity logs, and incident documentation while communicating professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
