Job summary

Allied Universal in Omaha, NE is seeking an unarmed Security Officer for Patrol Assurance to monitor a commercial real estate location, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. You will conduct rounds, observe activity, and communicate findings according to site procedures.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted as required by federal, state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• A drug screen may be required, to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Communicate observations and incidents to appropriate personnel and complete clear, timely documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Assurance in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, observe and report unusual activity, assist visitors and tenants, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
