Position Type: Part-time

Shift: Overnight

About the Role

Information Network Associates, Inc. (INA) is seeking dedicated and professional security professionals to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their property. This position is considered safety-sensitive and is essential for providing top-tier security services at INA and/or its client sites.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Security Patrols: Conduct thorough patrols of buildings, perimeters, and parking lots to safeguard against unauthorized access, vandalism, and potential threats in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws.
  2. Policy Enforcement: Support the enforcement of policies and procedures while adhering to both site-specific Standard Operating Procedures and INA's internal policies and training.
  3. Threat Prevention: Implement security measures to protect against sabotage, terrorism, subversion, and other hostile activities.
  4. Access Control: Manage ingress and egress points to secure specified areas.
  5. Legal Compliance: Enforce standards of conduct and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  6. Incident Response: Apprehend or detain individuals within the scope of your authority, following legal guidelines and instructions.
  7. Emergency Management: Respond promptly to emergencies based on site-specific protocols.
  8. Legal Testimony: Provide testimony in court proceedings, hearings, or appeals as necessary.
Qualifications
  1. High School diploma or GED required; a college degree in a related field is preferred.
  2. Three (3) years of related experience in security or protective force services or any combination of relevant experience and education.
  3. Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation.
  4. Ability to pass INA's pre-employment background check, including drug screening and criminal history evaluation.
  5. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
  6. Physical ability to walk, run, maneuver over terrain, and lift over 30 pounds.
